Why Pharmacist Support Matters

While ClarityX® PGx reports are structured to be provider-friendly and actionable, the value of real-time clinical dialogue can’t be overstated. Providers may want support in scenarios such as:

After you receive a PGx report, you can request a consult directly through the ClarityX® portal or by contacting our provider support team. Here’s what to expect:

  • Direct provider-to-pharmacist discussion (Video through Secured Link)
  • Case-based support: We focus on your patient’s specific report and clinical picture
  • Timely access: Most consults are scheduled within 24–48 hours
  • Collaborative approach: We support, not replace, your clinical judgment

These consults are designed to save time and help providers feel more confident integrating PGx into their everyday care—especially when starting out.

Building Confidence Over Time

Many providers begin by relying on pharmacist consults regularly—and over time, as they gain comfort with interpreting ClarityX® reports, they use consults more selectively. Either way, our support remains available when it’s needed.
